Burrenbeo - Heritage Education Provider.
Each year the Burrenbeo Trust carries out an innovative and exciting 20-week heritage course 'Ecobeo' with primary schools across the Burren. Over the past seven years, a total of 720 school children have graduated as a ‘young Burren experts’ with Burrenbeo.

The Burrenbeo Trust has set up Ireland's largest conservation group, the Burrenbeo Conservation Volunteers (BCV). Over 90 individuals have registered to part take in monthly action days that actively support the management of the Burren. Action days range from mapping out ancient settlements to managing areas that enhance the breeding of rare Burren butterflies as well as many more practical volunteer tasks. Each participant is provided with educational training to support conservation efforts. Email trust@burrenbeo.com to register your interest.

The Burrenbeo Trust carries out various outdoor experiential learning days for both children and adults . This educational learning days offer a unique hands on approach to learning about the Burren. These educational days can be tailored to a specific group and can be arranged by contacting trust@burrenbeo.com

The Trust carries out monthly walks and talks with heritage experts. The walks are on the first Sunday of each month and the talks are on the third Thursday of each month. Last year alone, 850 attended these events.

The Trust provides introductory educational walks throughout the summer for Burren visitors.
